DOMESTIC EXTENSIONS, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Our small works department has a dedicated workforce of around 50 staff and handles smaller contracts up to a value of £500,000 on behalf of customers who may require:-

Home extensions including fitted bathrooms, kitchens and studies
Repairs, property alterations including shop fitting
Refurbishment
Routine maintenance

The department is managed by our small works director, a contracts manager, surveyor and four site supervisors together with a team of specialist skilled operatives.

As an approved NHBC Remedial contractor, we work closely with a number of large institutional clients.
