Our Energy Efficient Homes save around £660 PER YEAR in energy bills
Everyone wants to ‘do their bit’ for the environment and T. Denman are no exception.Every house we build is designed to meet highest energy efficiency standards as laid down by current legislation. We include the following features as standard:-
FACT: Condensing boilers can save around £230 per year when compared to a non condensing or older boiler
- All Denman homes are fitted with the latest high spec condensing boilers as standard
FACT: Fully insulated lofts saving around £110 on energy bills per year and a tonne of carbon dioxide per year, when compared to a non insulated loft
- All Denman homes are fitted with the highest specification of loft insulation as standard
FACT: Cavity filled walls saving around £90 on energy bills per year when compared with non insulated or solid walls
- All Denman homes are specified with cavity wall insulation as standard
