As new homes developers we are committed to building properties which include social housing and affordable homes to balance our portfolio of family and exclusive developments. Our recently completed Walker Close development at Market Overton built in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association, provided both affordable, shared equity homes for rural workers for less than £77,000 (see News section) as well as a range of rental options.
We’re committed to using local materials from sustainable sources wherever possible and managing waste properly to ensure that we meet our sustainability and environmental objectives.
We are committed to monitoring, reviewing, reporting on and improving our performance to ensure that we can demonstrate and justify our social responsibility measures to our customers.
